Mohbad: ARTIST'S FATHER DEMANDS DNA TEST.........

Mr Joseph Aloba, father of late Nigerian artist, Ilerioluwa Aloba, referred to expertly as Mohbad, has uncovered that the interest for DNA test for the late artist's child has turned into a worldwide matter and is not generally restricted to Nigeria.

The issue of the paternity of Mohbad's five-month-old child has turned into a subject of conversation since the artist's death for certain online entertainment clients requesting that the late rapper's better half present her child for a DNA test to clean herself off of those questioning her devotion to Mohbad.

Talking during a meeting with the BBC Pidgin Administration which was seen by their reporter on Tuesday, Mohbad's dad accentuated areas of strength for the he imparted to his late child, depicting their relationship as that of close sidekicks who communicated like siblings.

Aloba said, “This thing has come to the majority now, not only Nigeria. So they should do the proper thing at the proper time.”

Prior in a restrictive meeting with The PUNCH, Mohbad's dad had uncovered how his late child met his significant other, Wunmi, at Naira Marley's Marlian Music mark.

Mohbad passed on September 12, 2023, in Lagos State.

While depicting Mohbad as a basic and unassuming individual, Aloba added that the team had known one another at an exceptionally youthful age at Oke-Iletu, Ikorodu, Lagos, before they had the option to reconnect at Naira Marley's name.

He, in any case, noticed that before they reconnected, there was no string joined between them. Wunmi is said to have brought forth Liam, child of the departed.

Explaining this through the melody "Komajensun" which Mohbad sang in 2020 highlighting Naira Marley, Aloba discussed a verse, "Naira lo gbe omo fun mi, I'm not a womanizer", in the tune referring to how Mohbad reconnected with Wunmi at Marlian record.

“He (Mohbad) met the lady (Wunmi) there (at Marlian Music) but they had known each other from Oke-Iletu, even though the lady was a student then,” Aloba disclosed to this reporter.

The Lagos State Police Order has initiated an examination to unwind the conditions prompting the artiste's passing.

In the mean time, the Coroner's examination into the demise of Mohbad has fixed October 13, 2023, for observers to show up before it.

Lawyer Funmi Falana, who addressed Mohbad's family, close by different legal counselors, had shut entryway procedures to examine the modalities for knowing about proof.

Addressing the reporter after the proceedings, Falana said, “What we did today was to decide how and when the procedures would help get justice. The date has been fixed and we will be bringing our witnesses.”
